Website Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any purchase made through Sir Geoff Hurst MBE: Official Artwork.

This website is operated by the team behind Sir Geoff Hurst MBE: Official Artwork. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Products

We sell official signed limited edition prints featuring artwork inspired by Sir Geoff Hurst MBE and the 1966 World Cup Final.

Each print is individually numbered, personally signed by Sir Geoff Hurst MBE, and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Frames are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and minor variations may occur in printed items.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the product at the price shown on the website. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email or by dispatching the item.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges will be shown separately before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there has been an error in the price or description, or if we are unable to process payment.

Delivery

All prints are sent using a tracked delivery service and may require a signature on arrival.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days, although this may vary during busy periods or where circumstances are outside our control.

Standard delivery is usually within 14 days. Special delivery options may be available on request and may incur an additional charge.

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and that someone is available to receive and sign for the item.

Returns and Refunds

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can put things right. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you must return the item to us within 14 days.

Returned items should be in their original condition and packaging. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if the item has been handled in a way that reduces its value.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as limited edition prints can be valuable and delicate.

We will refund the price you paid for the item, together with the standard delivery cost where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that you have sent it back. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If an item was purchased in a sale or with a discount code, we will refund the amount you actually paid.

Personalised or specially commissioned items, including prints signed with a personal dedication or made to your specification, cannot usually be returned because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Care of Prints

Limited edition prints should be handled with care. We recommend keeping prints flat, dry, and away from direct sunlight, moisture, and excessive heat. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect handling, storage, framing, or display after delivery.
